Appreciation is a fundamental human need and all of us who practice the art of influence know that it is work. I believe appreciation and celebration expressed through these awards confirm an individual's work is valued. In celebrating the upcoming end of the year 2019 I will be bestowing Agent of Influence Awards to individuals and organizations who have used their influence to improve the lives of others, and those who have contributed to the culture and body of knowledge of hypnosis, influence, BDSM, and kinky culture. The award can be conferred on the individual or on something a person or organization has produced. This recognition allows others to discover the recipients and their works. It also inspires others to make a difference in the world, challenge themselves and others, and encourage the work that is being done all around us. The first Agent of Influence Award of 2019 goes to Jim Kellner.
