I'm out in the field and talking with people. I'd like to share relational hypnotic command that can be used to lighten the mood and share a relatable cultural context that allows us to be open, silly, and adventurous. Relational hypnosis are those cultural roles, ideas, and identities that are transmitted with communication and often are not thought about. These roles, ideas, and identities can be quickly utilized to generate an understandable and actionable goal or state and are describing a relationship between two or more people. Think of the word wife and compare your associations to the relational concept of partner. The concept within these relationships gets activated by the hypnotist but does not need to be named to gain access to relational association. Like in the example below.
"You have a need to be inspired to silliness. Time to let all that free. For the next thirty seconds you have the mental age and silliness of a five year old. Letting it free starting now…"
Try saying this and I advise you to smile before sticking your tongue out when you do. May your New year be a fun one.
